Cross Country Championships
This year the Cross Country Championships had been brough forward by a few weeks to ensure we had better weather rather than freezing to death on a soggy, cold December afternoon. As in previous years, we took 40 children to run in the event which was attended by different schools across the area. Each and every one of the children did themselves proud and represented the school well.
This event is always a tough one for the children as you never know just how tough the level of competition will be and this year was no exception.
Congratulations go to our Y3/4 Girls team who managed a brilliant 3rd place. Well done girls.
And a special shout our to Henry. He was the only one of our children across all 4 races to finish in the top 10, coming home in 6th place in his Y3/4 Boys race. A great achievement.
