Dear Parents and Carers,

 

Please see the attached picture regarding a Mindfulness Morning at Ashby Community Hub on Thursday 26th October 10am.

 

The event is free and includes many activities, refreshments, raffle and many services will be attending for you to speak with including CAMHS, School Nurses and MIND.
