Dear Year 5 Parents and Carers,
We are really pleased to announce that we are holding a Reading Meeting for all mums, dads and carers of Year 5 pupils on:
Monday 6th June starting at 2.45pm in the Junior hall.
It will be a half an hour session so you can then collect your children for home time. We are holding the meeting so that we can share with you the importance of reading with your children and the benefits that it has for them.
There will also be a short poetry performance from our reading stars children so it would be great if the families of those children came to see what they have been learning.
We are delighted that Sarah Tipler will present the meeting. Sarah Tipler is the Development Officer with the Local Authority and is part of the North Lincolnshire ‘Words Count’ project. We are sure that you will enjoy meeting her and will gain much from this meeting.
Refreshments will be provided.
