Edenred vouchers
Mon 27 Apr 2020Hi Everyone,
It seems like we have finally had some success on the voucher front and you have received them. I can see from my screen that lots of you have been redeeming your vouchers. They have been delivered differently, in that you have received all 3 vouchers at once, rather than staggered as I have ordered them, but this may be better for you. You are able to redeem all 3 now, you just need to put each code in. Don't forget the manual on how to do this, if you are struggling, is on the school website letters page and I emailed it to you previously.
Therefore you have had a £15 voucher for Tesco's delivered to your door by us last week and 3 more vouchers from Edenred (for week beginning 27.4.20, 4.5.20 and 11.5.20). You will now not receive anything further until week beginning 18.5.20. If we continue to be partially closed and in lock-down I will reorder (in plenty of time) based on the advice at this time.
If you have not received an email (please check your Spam folder) please email or ring me tomorrow and I will resend the email to you from the Edenred website.

Communication with school
Wed 22 Apr 2020Any communication to school should now be done through email to:
head.berkeleyprimary@northlincs.gov.uk
This is only for urgent correspondence. You MUST NOT use Class Dojo for any communication as we are not monitoring this for messages and you will not get a response.
Please try to refrain from telephoning the school as we will only have a basic admin team.
For children who are not in school parents should NOT be contacting us about. Any further news will be on the school website.

Update on Robinwood refunds
Tue 21 Apr 2020Dear Parents,
Thank you for your patience whilst we continue to sort the Robinwood refunds out. Several weeks ago we completed the paper work to North Lincolnshire council insurance department that will refund us for the visit. We are now waiting to receive the money back before we can pay parents as the sum is over £15,000. As soon as we receive the money we will send it back to parents. Unfortunately I think this may take some time as council workers are also supporting the Covid-19 crisis.

Free School Meals vouchers for those eligible to benefits related FSM
Wed 15 Apr 2020Many thanks for all your responses to my emails last week.
I have now ordered vouchers for those parents that are eligible for benefits related free school meal vouchers. This has been done through 'Edenred'. You should receive an email from Edenred on Monday 20th April 2020. If you have not received this by Tuesday 21.4.20 please email or ring me on the school number. This email will have a link to download the e code. I have been told it is straight forward. You will need to choose which supermarket it is for and it will be valid for 1 month. See the attached Frequently Asked Questions booklet in Letters for more details. I have ordered the vouchers to arrive by email for the next 3 weeks on the Monday (20.4, 27.4 and 5.4). If we continue to be partially closed I will then order the next vouchers.
If you are using school currently as you are a key worker or are classed as vulnerable, you will need to send packed lunches in with your child from Monday, as you have received the money to make one.
Please be aware there are lots of scams out there currently. You will never be asked for your bank account details, so please do not give these out to anyone asking for them, they will not be paid into your bank account.
(*Apologies if you receive this email and you are not eligible for the vouchers, you are marked as a contact for someone who is eligible and this email is sent to all contacts for that person using the PrimarySite system - I'm afraid I can't stop this happening).

Free School Meals Voucher - email sent to those eligible for benefit related meals
Tue 07 Apr 2020Dear Parents,
I am in the process of trying to order the benefits-related Free School Meal vouchers. I have been informed by North Lincolnshire Council that you are eligible for these vouchers.
The voucher will be to the value of £15 each week for every child eligible in your family, the voucher will be combined if you have more than on child eligible (i.e. if you have 3 children you will receive a voucher worth £45 each week). Once you have confirmed this is your current email address you will receive an 'eCode' directly from Edenred.
Through Edenred, we can currently access eGift cards for the following supermarkets:
- Morrisons
- Tesco
- Sainsbury’s
- Asda
- Waitrose
- M&S
I am unsure whether we must select one supermarket or if the voucher is valid at any. In your response to this email please state which supermarket you would prefer from the 6 above.
I am hoping to have the vouchers set up ready for the week beginning 20th April. The grocery bags will still be available tomorrow and next Wednesday between 12noon and 12:30pm.
Please reply to this email, which will confirm I have the correct email address for you and state which supermarket you would prefer.
