• Telephone Appointments for Parent's Evening 5th & 6th May 2021

  Parent and Teacher Consultations have been organised for Nursery, Reception and Year 1 to Year 6 on Wednesday 5^th and Thursday 6^th May (3.20 – 6.30pm).  Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we are unable to do these as face to face sessions.  We will be doing these as a telephone conversation, as we know how important it is to have this contact.  Each appointment will be a 10-minute slot.

   

  We will be using the online booking system again for booking appointments. You will shortly receive an email inviting you to book an appointment with your child’s class teacher. Once you have received the email, please select the date and time you wish to receive the telephone call. Only available time slots will be displayed. Once you have selected your time and confirmed your booking, you will receive an on-screen reminder of the booking followed by an email confirmation.

   

  Please note, the system will only send an email to the person who is listed on our records as contact number one. Parents who have more than one child at our school, will receive a separate email for each child. If you have not received an email by Friday 23^rd April, please contact the school office by phone (01724 867065) or email (admin.berkeleyprimary@northlincs.gov.uk) to ensure we have your current email address. The online booking system will close on Friday 30^th April.

   

  Parent’s Evening is an opportunity for you to speak to your child’s class teacher about progress and targets.  We expect to speak to all of our parents.  We look forward to having an opportunity to discuss some of the lovely work the children have been doing and their progress and attitude to learning.

• Individual School Photographs 27th April 2021

  The school photographer will be visiting school on Tuesday 27th April 2021 to take an individual school photograph of your child. Like previous times, once we receive the proofs, we will send these home for you to purchase if you wish.

   

  Please note, there will be no family or group photographs taken due to the Covid-19 guidelines that are currently in place.

   

  School Uniform will need to be worn by all children on this day. If this is normally your child’s PE day, please do not send them in their PE Kit. Children will still participate in a PE activity, but one which can be completed in their school uniform.
