3 Holly's teacher is Mrs Nunes and their Teaching Assisstants as Mr Jones and Mrs Szenher.
This term our PE days are Monday and Thursday and the children need to wear their PE kit to school and will wear it all day. PE kit must be a white t-shirt, black shorts and suitable trainers or plimsolls. The children can also wear black joggers and their school jumper/cardigan.
Our topic this term is 'Stone Age to Iron Age' where we will be learning all about early civilisations and how they lived.
In Year 3, the children start Book Club. For Book Club the children will read in school everyday with their group and then they will be set a few pages to read at home that night and sometimes there may be a short acitivity to compliment the reading. These tasks are then talked about and looked at, the next day, in the next Book Club session. Please support your child with their reading each night.
Spellings will be sent home weekly. There will be 12 spelling: 6 core spellings and 6 challenge words. There will be a spelling test each week on Friday.
