Oracy
For our Oracy presentation, we worked in small groups to create a presentation based on the Ancient Egyptians, more specifically three areas of construction, farming and writing. We had to make our case as to which we thought is the most influential in our lives today. In our teams we used our existing knowledge to create an informative presentation for our audience of a Year 5 class. We then presented our opinions which was the most influential and then put it to the audience to decide what they thought was the most influential in our lives today.
We worked hard in our teams and created the presentation, made it look inviting for the audience, wrote and practiced our script and presented to an audience. The Year 5's had listened brilliantly and were even able to give us their opinions on what they thought was influential, influenced by the information we gave them.
