Oracy Champions
Our Oracy Champions are very important in school as they promote the use of good oracy, particularly at lunchtimes. They encourage their peers to engage in the oracy talk points at lunchtimes, modelling using oracy accurately and effectively to get their point across. The Oracy Champions support children in joining in with the discussions, suggest sentence stems children may use and praise the children when they are using good oracy skills. They wear their badges with pride.
