We've been awarded an Eco-Schools Green Flag with Distinction!

After a year of hard work from our amazing Eco-Ambassadors, I am very pleased to say that we have been successful in meeting the requirements for the Eco-Schools Green Flag Award with Distinction! Our whole school are tremendously proud of themselves!

Batteries Collected

Well done to everyone at Berkeley Primary School - we have collected and recycled over 4000 batteries! 

The winning classes are 2 Oak and 5 Oak, well done! 

Here is our 'Schools For Nature' certificate, signed by Sir David Attenborough, to thank us for helping wildlife.

"Over the last academic year, you and your pupils have shown how much you care about nature and wildlife. You’ve done amazing things, and these have already been recognised through our Wild Challenge Award. By achieving your award, you have also qualified for your Schools For Nature Certificate."

OUR FINAL MEETING OF THE YEAR

Here we are working hard on our new 'eco code' for Berkeley Primary School.

We worked together to make an acrostic poem about how we can help our environment

and look after our planet.
