Half term holiday contact tracing arrangements

Dear Parents and Carers,

Schools continue to play an important role in contact tracing for those pupils and staff who continue to attend their school.   Where pupils or staff still attending their school test positive having developed symptoms within 48 hours of being in school, the school is asked to assist in identifying close contacts and advising self-isolation, as the individual may have been infectious whilst in school.

During half term I will still be checking my emails to ensure we pick up any emails from staff and parents where children who have been attending school have tested positive for Covid-19. If your child develops symptoms please ensure you get them tested swiftly and let me know any positive cases by replying to this email or emailing head.berkeleyprimary@northlincs.gov.uk.  I will then take the relevant action.  Staff, parents and carers should follow contact tracing instructions provided by NHS Test and Trace.

Please email me if you have any queries.

Best wishes

Anna Cvijetic
