Dear Year 6 Parents and Carers,
What a week for our Year 6 children! They approached their SATs with calm determination, tried their hardest and worked incredibly hard throughout. They followed the rules around testing, supported one another and showed real resilience when tasks felt challenging. We saw concentration, perseverance and positive attitudes in abundance — they truly gave it their all.
We are incredibly proud of every child for the effort they put in, not just this week but for all the preparation beforehand. Whatever the outcome, their commitment, kindness and mature approach have been exemplary. Please join us in celebrating their hard work: encourage them to rest and enjoy a well-earned break this weekend. We look forward to sharing their achievements in July and returning to a full timetable next week with lots of fun activities planned. Thank you, as always, for your support at home.
